Svend Boye and Ove Skaug Halsos, partners at Oslo Economics, argued in Dagens Næringsliv in December 2021 for a corona fee for the unvaccinated. These should be “high enough to noticeably limit the purchasing power of the unvaccinated and thus motivate vaccination.”
