This article is about Ann Helen Nilsen, who was eight years old when the CPS moved her and her brother to a foster home with foster parents authorized by the CPS.
In the foster home, Ann helen was manipulated to satisfy her foster father sexually for five years. If she did not do so, she were bombarded with insults and threaths. The foster father offered her money (which he had got from the CPS to take care of the children), but the worst thing was that he treathened her that if she said anything, he should remove her from the foster home, so that she lost all contact with her foster brother.
