Ole Henrik Krat Bjørkholt is a Norwegian Labour Party politician and State Secretary in the current government. I this thread one finds a screenshot of what he stated in social media on 28.07.2020:
“If/when one has an effective vaccine, I think one should activate § 3-8 in smittevernloven [law on measures against contagious diseases] where the entire population is obliged to take the vaccine – with punishment (fees/prison) for those who refuse.
Too much is at stake for allowing self determination here. It is a bit like mandatory military service.
