In this article on a blog critical towards the Norwegian CPS, it is referred to an article in one of Norway’s largest newspapers. A 64 years old foster father was sentenced to five years in jail for sexual abuse against two years whom the CPShad placed in the foster home.
The abuse against one of the girls started in 1998, when she was nine years old. The other girl was about ten years old when the sexual abuse startedin 2006, and the abuse lasted for a period of four years.
