In This article in Adressavisa, one can read that Fylkesmannen, the highest civil servant representing the state in a Norwegian county, has revealed that several CPS institutions in the middle parts of Norway do not give the children the schooling to which they have a legal right.
The newspaper VG writes that some pupils are denied education and are offered horseriding or accidental jobs in companies. Out of 22 children living in institutions in Sør-Trøndelag county, only two children had got the schooling to which they have a legal right. The others had got flawed or none education. One pupil had not been to school for half a year.
