CPS Children living alone

This article concerns CPS youth in Sogn og Fjordane and Hordaland counties who live in flats without any adults present. Bufetat (governmental CPS) has got a total og 16 such flats in these two counties. In these flats, adolescents aged 16 and more live alone – without supervision.
